NeoWeatherwall adapts its layout to the platform while keeping the same core concepts. This chapter is a map of where everything lives.

2.1 iPhone & iPad

On iOS the app is a single full-screen map with a lightweight overlay toolbar:

  • Radar controls: product/tilt picker and the playback transport.
  • Overlay toggles: quick access to the map layers you want on or off.
  • More menu: opens the full Settings form.

On compact iPhone layouts, the single-frame step buttons may be hidden to save space; use the timeline scrubber and play/pause instead.

2.2 Mac

On macOS the app is a map canvas with desktop conveniences:

  • Toolbar: radar controls plus a button to toggle the Activity Feed sidebar (⌘⇧F).
  • Activity Feed sidebar: a real-time log of events such as newly issued warnings and updates.
  • Settings: opens from the menu bar or ⌘,, organized into a sidebar of categories.
  • Keyboard navigation: full keyboard support throughout.

2.3 Settings organization

Whether you’re in the iOS form or the macOS settings sidebar, the same categories are present:

2.4 The mini player

When text-to-speech is active, a mini player appears at the bottom of the screen with play/pause/stop controls and playback progress. See Accessibility & Speech.
