Zac Flamig, the founder of WeatherWary, is a meteorologist and software developer with a Ph.D. in meteorology from the University of Oklahoma. The work of Zac on radar, precipitation estimates, flash-flood forecasts, and NOAA/NSSL environmental data systems has an effect on all of the apps.
